Our Terms

Please make sure to read all of our terms before purchasing an animal from us. We make sure to take utmost care of our tegus, and make transitions to new homes as seamless and stress free as possible.

All of our tegus come with the following:

  • Microchipped and How to Register.

  • Certificate of Genetics & Parents.

  • Egg shell that your Tegu Hatched out of

  • Complimentary Stickers

  • $50 flat rate shipping.

• We ship priority overnight to your local Fed-Ex Hub with live arrival guaranteed within four hour pickup from the Hub. If hub is not an option, and the weather is good, then we can ship directly to home, although live guarantee is void due to shipment delays and fluctuating temperatures within the Fed-Ex trucks. Someone must be home to sign for the package. We will not ship in temperatures under 40 degrees, or over 90 degrees. We ship Monday-Wednesday for Tuesday to Thursday arrival. This ensures that if a package is delayed that they will not be waiting the entire weekend. We also do not ship on the week before, during, or after Holidays, to try and keep shipment delays to a minimum. We have a $50 flat rate for shipping.

• We do not issue refunds unless animal is dead on arrival or injured. We also offer in-store credit, or a replacement of the animal with one of the same value with no charge to the customer. DOA's or injuries must be issued within an hour after receiving the animal, with a picture or video of our animal clearly deceased or injured, and a photo of our label. We are not responsible for shipment delays, but will issue a refund or replacement of animal if arrived deceased, sick, or injured.

• We do not ship to states that are not allowed to have tegus. Please check your local laws before purchasing from us. We also do not ship to other countries.

 • We want to make sure all of our animals go to loving, knowledgeable homes. We may ask questions on husbandry, diet, and care to ensure that our animals are going to a good home. If you have a question on care, please don't be afraid to ask. Knowledgeable owners make good owners, and we want to make sure everyone who buys an animal from us is educated. We reserve the right to sell animals to anyone if we think they would not be a good fit for our tegus.

• We do payment plans for 30 days, a 25% deposit must be put on the animal in order for us to hold it. We will not ship out the tegu until it is completely paid off. Payments are non-refundable if you decide you no longer want the animal.

• Wholesales must consist of a minimum of 10 animals.
